Scholarship applications are reviewed holistically, though some are specific to financial need, program, or other criteria set by our donors, but please don’t hesitate to apply.

Graduate Scholarships
The 2024 CEOAS scholarship application via OSU's scholarship portal ScholarDollars is now closed.
- Graduate students must register for and maintain at least three (3) credits at OSU per term during the award period.
- Students should make reasonable and continued progress in their CEOAS graduate program.
- Maintain high academic standards (generally defined as earning a 3.0 OSU Accumulative GPA each term for graduate students).
- Apply for scholarships each year for continued eligibility. CEOAS scholarships are awarded annually; continuing students should reapply each year for any scholarships for which they may be eligible.
Additionally, OSU offers a wide range of scholarships and financial aid to incoming and continuing students. OSU is committed to recruiting and retaining motivated, diverse, and driven students, and one of the ways we do so is with our scholarship opportunities. Most university awards are based on a combination of academic merit and financial need. For additional information on scholarship opportunities available through the university, please visit the OSU Financial Aid & Scholarships page and OSU’s Scholar Dollars for opportunities to apply to external scholarship opportunities.
