fisheries and individual based modeling
Research Interests
My research interests are focused on creating quantitative tools such as individual based models, as well as using field data, to understand fisheries recruitment or the amount of fish that make it back to a certain population. I am specifically interested in species that spend parts of their lives in coastal waters and estuaries, such as English sole and Dungeness crab, and how the different processes influence recruitment.
