The folks listed below are available to help you pull together outreach, engagement and/or recruitment efforts. Please be sure to loop us in as you develop your grant applications and outreach projects!

OSU STEM Research Center: As the university's central hub for interdisciplinary education research, the Center is involved in several long- and short-term projects at the local, national and international level in the following five categories: institutional transformation, interface of science and society, learning ecosystems, professional learning and growth, and STEM teaching and learning. Center staff can consult on Broader Impacts design or evaluation plans with students or faculty that involve STEM learning in any setting, including providing letters of commitments for grants.

Precollege Programs’ experienced team of Broader Impacts professionals are available to chat with faculty members, researchers, and community partners about your research and possibilities to engage with K-12 communities (students, teachers, and families) during “Chats for Broader Impacts” virtual office hours. Fill out this scheduling request form with basic information to help staff prepare in discussing your research topic and ideas for societal impact, and you will be contacted to schedule an initial consultation.
