Native Trout Conservation Crew

Successful applicants will perform as a crew member in field and lab activities to conserve native fish in Yellowstone National Park. Major program activities include 1) conserving native cutthroat trout in Yellowstone Lake by suppressing invasive lake trout using gill nets and trap nets; 2) conserving native fish in streams, rivers, and small lakes by suppressing nonnative trout using mechanical and chemical removal techniques.
