Meghan Dalton is a research assistant with the Oregon Climate Change Research Institute (OCCRI). Meghan works with diverse stakeholders, including state agencies, tribes, utilities, and municipalities, to provide tailored climate change data and written assessments in support of climate adaptation planning. She has also edited or authored several of OCCRI’s biennial climate assessment reports, including most recently the Fifth Oregon Climate Assessment Report released in January 2021. In addition, Meghan co-authored the Northwest chapter of the Fourth National Climate Assessment. She earned a BA in Mathematics from Linfield College and an MS in Atmospheric Science from the College of Earth, Ocean, and Atmospheric Sciences at Oregon State University. When not working, Meghan enjoys chasing around her three young boys.
