Research Interests

My research seeks to better understand how people interact with the ocean. In particular, I'm interested in the myriad ways people use and manage ocean resources and how those approaches vary across space and time.

Education

M.S. Biology, University of Guam, 2017. Advisor: Dr. Peter Houk
Thesis: Marine protected areas as linked social-ecological systems: Yap, Micronesia.
