No seminars or defenses this week....just a Retirement Shindig!
Finger food potluck, Celebrating the fine work of Andy Ungerer!
Once again, the CEOAS family shines with their generosity. Our Vina Moses' holiday giving tree was a beautiful collection of presents. Vina Moses, our own local charity, was very appreciative of our big hearts.
If you don’t know how these gifts find their way to the children, read on. Every year the parents are invited to the Vina Moses Holiday Center where they can view the toys and books and clothes and other fun gifts and then personally select that they know their little one will enjoy. That takes the guess work out of the equation…the child that wants Legos gets. The kid that just wants books, gets plenty. The one with the inquiring mind gets a science kit and the budding artist gets colored pencils!
So, allow yourself a little pride. Santa Claus appreciates the assistance.
We want to make the 21st Annual Salmon Bowl a blast and we're going to need a lot of support from our valued volunteers – you! More importantly it's an incredibly fun experience. So drop us a line, stay in touch, and we thank you again for all your help! A general information meeting is set up for Tuesday January 9, 2018 6-7 p.m. Gilfillan Auditorium. Whether you have participated in the past or you are new to NOSB, we highly encourage all interested parties to attend one of the General Information Meetings.
