As a reminder, AGU is December 11–15 and coming up quickly. The CEOAS Research Publishing Office would like you to get your poster files into us in a timely manner. This is a first-in, first-out queue; in order for us to provide you with timely service, we need your files in advance. Please send your files to firstname.lastname@example.org (under 10MB), or you may put your file on Valis/scratch/crystal/AGU and email with your index number and name of your poster.
Graduate students with an index number, can send files to email@example.com or use the Digital Media Lab plotter. All students can use Student Multimedia Services in the Valley Library at no charge for posters; this requires lead-time for posters to be printed.
Don't forget...we need pictures. *Specifically*...science in action! Show us what you do, where you go, how you study the world around us all. We are a big college with many different research projects happening, share some info with us all!
Help us keep informed by sending us your interesting info! You know what we want to share all CEOAS highlights! (CEOAS_newsletter@oregonstate.edu) Keep in mind it should be CEOAS-related.
Biana wants to include talks that are being given, awards that are won, funding that was granted, babies that were born! This is a great platform for keeping all of CEOAS in the loop and supportive. Thank you for your contributions!
There are still a few cards left on our giving tree! Come pick your very own tag!
The CEOAS Admin lounge now has a lovely holiday tree with tags for children in our community. Please consider picking up a tag for a gift to a local child in need. All donations go to the Vina Moses Center here in Corvallis.
Thank you for your generosity.
The gifts will be picked up on December 8th. That is only one week away.
