Dr. Samantha Chisholm Hatfield, Oregon Climate Change Research Institute was selected by The Korea Foundation for a fellowship to conduct field research on Traditional Ecological Knowlegdge (TEK) and climate change impacts on culture in South Korea April 1, 2017 through the end of June. She looked at TEK and how climate change has been, or is, impacting the Korean culture in various ways, particularly with the women divers (Haenyo). Her mentor was the honorable Dr. Sun-Kee Hong from Mokpo National University who specializes in TEK, particularly in marine and coastal areas.
The CEOAS Proposal Budget Guidelines and Budget Templates have been updated to reflect FY18 rates. The updated documents can be found on the CEOAS proposal webpage.
