CEOAS Farmer's Market Booth

Interested in sharing your research with the public? Do you love attending the Corvallis Farmer's Market anyways? We are the GSC Outreach co-Chairs and we're looking for volunteers like you to run the CEOAS Farmer's Market booth on Saturday mornings! We still have one opening for the spring term (May 27), and we're hoping to gather names of interested individuals for the fall term as well. So, if this sounds like fun to you please send us a quick email with your name, tentative topic, and availability (hagence@oregonstate.edu; feinf@oregonstate.edu). Thanks a bunch!

20th Annual National Salmon Bowl

20th Annual National Ocean Sciences Bowl (April 21-23) coming to OSU!

Have you participated in the fun and excitement of the Salmon Bowl? After 20 years of hosting the Salmon Bowl, Oregon's regional bowl for the National Ocean Sciences Bowl (NOSB), OSU was selected to host the 20th Annual NOSB Finals competition! This year's theme is “Blue Energy - Powering the Planet With Our Ocean” and as such provides a unique opportunity showcase OSU's leadership in marine renewable energy research and development. You won't want to miss this event!

Come support the winning team from the 2017 Salmon Bowl — Neah-Kah-Nie High School from Rockaway Beach, OR — as they compete against other winning teams from across the country.
