Dr. Deborah Kelley, a veteran of more than 50 dives to the sea floor in the submersible ALVIN, will report on the remarkable deep-sea feature she discovered called "Lost City." This unique system of warm springs with huge limestone spires hosts a novel microbial ecosystem.
