Are you interested in Earth Sciences or the Environment? CEOAS offers five undergraduate minors which provide a way for students in other colleges to pursue a significant body of coursework in a secondary area of interest. Each minor requires 27 credits of coursework. The minors in Earth Sciences, Environmental Sciences, and Geography are accessible to students with any academic background and do not require extensive prerequisites. The minors in Geology and Oceanography do assume some background in math and/or science. Always check to be sure that you meet the prerequisites for any class you plan to take as part of your minor.

If you are interested in a minor, please use the links below to review the requirements in the OSU catalog, or use the "What If" function in MyDegrees. To declare the minor either come to drop in advising hours or make an appointment to speak with an advisor, using the links provided on the Advising page.
